General purchase conditions

Below is the contractual document that will govern the acquisition of products and services through the website www.proquinorte.com, for which PROQUINORTE SA (hereinafter the provider) is responsible. Acceptance of this document implies that the user:

1. Has read, understands, and comprehends the contents herein.
2. Is a person with sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract, or is acting as a representative of an entity.
3. Assumes all obligations set forth herein.

These terms and conditions will be valid for an indefinite period and will apply to all purchases made through the provider's website www.proquinorte.com.

The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions, without affecting goods or promotions that were purchased prior to the modification.

The sale of the products offered through the website is for professionals only; purchases by individuals are not intended.

Purpose of the contract

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of sale between the provider and the client or user at the moment in which the latter accepts, during the online contracting process, the corresponding box.

The contractual relationship of sale entails the delivery, in exchange for a specific price publicly displayed on the website, of a specific product or service.

Contracting procedure

Orders placed through the website must be made through the online sales platform at www.proquinorte.com, following the instructions detailed in that section. Before placing the order, the user must accept these general conditions.

For orders placed through the website, in order to access the services offered by the provider, the customer must register through the website by creating a user account. To do so, the customer must freely and voluntarily provide the requested information.

The customer will select a username and password, and undertakes to use them diligently and not to make them available to third parties. They also undertake to notify the provider of any loss or theft, or of possible access by an unauthorized third party, so that the provider can immediately block them.

The customer may not choose as a username words intended to confuse others by identifying them as a member of the provider, as well as profane, insulting, or generally contrary to the law or the requirements of morality and good customs.

Once the user account has been created, please be advised that, in accordance with the requirements of Article 27 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the contracting procedure will be as follows: Steps:

1.7. Order confirmation. Once the order has been validated, we will send you a confirmation email. This message will include your name, order description, price, and shipping address. Order Delivery

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the customer or user. Thus, the provider assumes no liability when delivery of the product or service is not completed due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the customer, or when delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient.

For delivery to be completed without any problems, it is important that the person who will collect the order be indicated in the address provided to us.

In the event of a delay in delivery, you can contact the provider through any of the communication channels indicated in the heading.

At the time of delivery, it is advisable for the customer to verify the conformity of their order and its perfect condition. If you do not agree with the delivered items or their condition, please sign and indicate by hand any anomalies you found upon receipt on the carrier's delivery note.

Price and Payment Methods

The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website and automatically applied by the contracting process in the final phase of the process.

All prices published on the website, except for omissions or transcription or computer errors, are valid and include the corresponding VAT. Shipping costs are free for orders over __ euros. These prices may be freely reviewed and modified by the provider at any time. However, the price will be honored if the order has been processed prior to the update of the prices listed on the website.

The provider offers a payment method: bank transfer.

Transfer/Deposit into the provider's account.

The order will not be shipped until we have received payment for the purchase amount from our bank.

The transfer costs will be borne by the buyer.

When making the transfer, the order number and the customer's full name must be indicated as reference.

Right of Withdrawal

The user, who is the end consumer, has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the product, to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason (Article 71 of Law 3/2014 of 27 May General for the Defense of Consumers and Users).

In the event of withdrawal, the user will be reimbursed for all expenses incurred, once the goods have been received at our warehouse and verified to be in perfect condition (and in the case of sealed products, they have not been removed). We will proceed with said refund using the same payment method used by the user for the initial transaction. The user will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.

The right of withdrawal is not recognized in transactions carried out between professionals.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law in that which is not expressly established. The provider and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these Conditions to the Courts and Tribunals of Bilbao (Bizkaia).
